 When you are looking at statistics, it really does help put things in perspective... Here is a bar graph of days on market stats from Prince William Association of Realtors (PWAR)  for Prince William County, Virginia.  Its no secret that 2007 and 2008 were difficult times in Real Estate.  The encouraging news here is that days on market (DOM) has decreased the first 3 months of 2009. While housing prices have dropped dramatically in many areas, homes are staying on the market for a shorter period of time...which is always good news... :)
